Our pizzas are made fresh, with the freshest ingredients (we grow the basil, tomatoes, onions and peppers in our home garden with no pesticides) and designed to be authentically Italian: thin crust, sparse ingredients and cooked in a wood-fire brick outdoor oven. This is what makes our customers go WOW!!!. They may not know the specifics on why it tastes so good, but the difference between wood-fire oven and regular oven pizza is self-evident with just one bite. The smoky flavor, crunchy toppings and fluffy crust make wood-fire pizza dominate to all other types of pizzas. Trust us.

All Pizzas $17.50

ITALIAN CHEESE
Mozzarella, Asiago, Fontina, Parmesan, Provolone, marinara and olive oil

CLASSIC PEPPERONI
Mozzarella, grated Parmesan, marinara, oregano, pepperoni

TUSCAN SAUSAGE
Italian sausage, 5 Italian cheese blend, onions, sweet peppers, red sauce

Chicken Alfredo

White sauce, Seasoned Chicken, Diced Tomatoes, Cheese

Mediterranean

Olive oil, pesto, garlic powder, Greek olives (sliced), Mozzarella & Feta

MUSHROOM
Garlic seasoned mushrooms with Mozzarella on olive oil or red sauce.

CROOKED STICKS ($12)
Pizza dough with oil, garlic powder, garlic spices and Parmesan

CALL AHEAD AND RESERVE YOUR CRUST. SERIOUSLY.
To ensure you will have a pizza, please call the winery, Facebook IM, or email (April – October) to reserve a crust.  Let us know what time and how many.  If you are new to the winery and would like to do a tasting give yourself an extra 15 minutes to try the wines to decide.   When they are gone, they are gone. If you are not here within 30 minutes of the time you have said, we will sell your dough to the next customer (or highest bidder).
